Armored Cable Saves Time and Money..

Many jurisdictions require coaxial cable to be installed in a metallic raceway / conduit. While this provides many benefits, Installation of 1/2" coaxial cable in a rigid conduit is very time consuming and expensive. The 1/2" cable is prone to damage and requires a large diameter conduit, large junction boxes and wide sweeps. Many times, the cost of cable installation exceeds the cost of the overall ERCES system. The solution for this problem is to use MR-CAP-11A Metal Clad (Armored) coaxial cable which cosists of our standard 1/2" Plenum cable wrapped in a 1" flexible aluminum raceway. The MR-CAP-11A provides the same benefits, added protection and ease of installation at a fraction of the cost of rigid conduit.
